admission requirements for
B.S. in Sport Management
Department of Health and Kinesiology
The Sport Management program of study follows the general requirements for
admission of the College of Education and Human Development. The program
consists of two phases- the pre-professional phase and the professional phase.
The pre-professional phase consists of introductory courses and basic University
Core Curriculum requirements. The professional phase consists of advanced work
related to the field of sport management.

phase of the sport management program, “students must meet program entry
requirements and be accepted by the program faculty” (see undergraduate
catalog).
The program has a limited number of “seats” available and will accept only the
most qualified applicants. The following links indicate the specific “entry
requirements” that will be required of students seeking admission to the major
and professional program.
Information and necessary forms
